: In order to determine the condition of public relations sector in a particular country, it is important define role perception practitioner. Studies aimed at roles started 1978, when first research was conducted by Broom and Smith. As result this study, 5 fundamental practitioners were identified. Kyrgyzstan, field began develop after 90s with acquisition independence.. This study presents results identifying Kyrgyzstan. based on work In-depth interviews 24 determipublic rolesne which basic they fulfilled. research, has been revealed that Kyrgyzstan play 4 among more technician than manager categories.
